This programme is aimed at enhancing income through promotion of livelihood programme. The Department has carried out this project through the Eleutheros Christian Society (ECS), Tuensang. The project primarily focused on the following sectors;

• Promotion of intensive skills on pig rearing.
• Promotion of mother and child care through outreach and conduct surgery camps.
• Promotion of pre-school in rural areas to enhance quality education through the concept of ‘Morung education’.
• Promotion of safe drinking water and sanitation.
