DUDA supports & extends to indigenous brands like ‘Anghya’, which serves as a platform for marketing traditional handicrafts, naturally processed food products, and intricately designed handloom items. Anghya plays a crucial role in creating sustainable livelihoods and income generation for local entrepreneurs and farmers. DUDA has participated in the 3rd Edition of the Autumn Festival held from 18th to 20th October 2024 at Nagaland House, New Delhi. The event featured the Department of Under Developed Areas (DUDA) showcasing its brands: Mongken, Anghya, and Naturally Nagaland. This festival aims to celebrate and promote local culture, crafts, and products, highlighting the rich heritage of Nagaland in anticipation of the upcoming 25th Edition of the Hornbill Festival.
